Who We Are

Pure Cleaning and Restoration is a family owned and operated business that started in 2013. We have 12 years of experience in the cleaning and restoration industry. We specialize in Restorative Cleaning where we help restore carpet, upholstery and flooring to its original state or close to it. We use all natural, non-toxic and safe products. Our restoration background allows us to help our customers in various areas within emergency clean-up situations. We are committed to providing our customers with excellent service and complete satisfaction.

We have had many health challenges in our family, from Asthma, Cancer and Allergies. For this reason we have had to make lots of life changes from our diet to keeping our home clean and eliminating products that are harmful. We not only did this for ourselves but it is our commitment to help others in the same way. We educate and clean our customer’s home in a way that won’t be harmful to their health or the health of our technicians.

How do our cleaning services help to keep a healthy home?

Our services help to reduce allergens without the use of harmful chemicals. Getting your carpets cleaned regularly not only helps to make it look and smell clean but also prevents damage to the fibers. It also helps to reduce harmful allergens such as pet dander, mold spores and bacteria especially when the cleaning products are All Natural and don’t leave soil attracting residues.

Air duct cleaning helps to eliminate the dust from vents. The dirtier the vents get the more there is a chance for mold and other microbials to grow and this puts the spores into the air. It is also important to clean or replace the air handler filters monthly.

Tile and Grout cleaning and Hardwood floors helps to remove the soil, bacteria and germs that is deep in the floor. It also helps restore to its original color and then having the proper sealer helps prevent it from holding these harmful microbials.

Window Cleaning also helps to reduce dust and mold in the tracks.

When there is a water damage issue in the home that is undetected, mold will grow. It is important to clean this up properly to prevent further damage. Cleaning up any water damage quickly when it is detected will help prevent mold and further damage that many insurance companies don’t want to pay for. We breath mold spores every day and sometimes think we are ok however when mold grows in the home or in a room, it distributes millions of mold spores which get in the air. Typically there will be toxic types of mold such as Stachybotrys chartarum black mold. When the spore count is elevated in the home compared to outside air this is when it becomes harmful. This microscopic spores will get everywhere undetected to the eye. The only way to know is to do air sampling. We are trained to properly remove mold without spreading it to other areas of the home. In addition we also clean the whole house to make sure spore count is low in the entire house we can do a whole home disinfection system.

Products Used

We strive to use products that are safe, non-toxic and as natural as possible depending on the cleaning situation to insure safety to our customers and technicians. The primary carpet cleaning solution we use is a special blend of food grade carbonates and an organic citric acid, producing a superior clean with a neutral PH safe on all types of materials. When our product is mixed with water, it releases millions of tiny effervescing bubbles that help lift soil and stains away from the carpet. The solution penetrates deep into the carpet fibers, latching onto dirt and grime which are then safely and effectively whisked away.

We also have our own soap free Spot and Stain Remover that will dissolve the toughest spots and stains on carpet and upholstery.
